Hi everyone,

I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack on March 23, 2026, and my application was approved on the same day. However, even though nearly three months have passed, the Student Developer Pack benefits are still not available on my account.

I have already confirmed the following:

My application status shows Approved
I am logged into the correct GitHub account
I have checked the Student Developer Pack benefits page and related sections
Despite this, none of the partner benefits or offers are accessible yet.

I would like to know:

Whether there is a standard delay between approval and benefit activation, or
If there is any additional action required from my side to activate the benefits

Three months is much longer than the normal activation period. In most cases, GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits become available shortly after approval, although some partner offers may require separate activation steps.

Since your status shows Approved and you've verified you're using the correct account, I'd recommend:

Checking the Student Developer Pack page for any partner-specific "Redeem" or "Activate" buttons.
Signing out and back into GitHub.
Reviewing your GitHub Education dashboard for any pending actions.
Contacting GitHub Education Support directly, as your account may have an issue preventing benefits from being provisioned.

At this point, it's unlikely that simply waiting longer will resolve the problem. A support ticket with your approval date and account details is probably the fastest way to get it investigated.
