Add support for termux in LSP

Describe the feature

While the alpine terminal is lightweight and performant, people are still quite based on termux as their primary terminal app, and its quite hard to switch from it. It would be quite nice if we could get servers installed on termux also manageable from the new Language server interface maybe?

In core acode we'll not add support for those but the architecture is extendable so you can make a plugin to do that.

Because we can't truly support termux as we do for alpine(built-in one) , as we can control built-in one but termux one is not we can control or connect it's a third party so we can't actually do LSP installation, automatically starting it etc. Also we'll need to add several path conversion cuz LSP doesn't work with content:// and conversion for third party app is fragile. That's the reason we added built-in terminal in first place.

You can manually add like use the axs in termux and run your LSP server with it manually and in Acode add a custom LSP server from settings which doesn't uses stdio instead it points to websocket of running LSP on termux.
