The Glean parser check failed because privaterelay/glean/server_events.py still referenced glean_parser v19.1.0 after the bump to 19.2.0. Updated the autogenerated version string in the file header and the telemetry_sdk_build value to v19.2.0 to match the expected output of the new glean_parser, matching the diff reported by the check.
